Joe Wolff and Ted Dempsey were approached with the idea to work with the previous custodian's of the Reunion, Lou Hollander and Bill McKechnie. We both have great admiration for what these two men have accomplished over the years and have humbly agreed and are honored to have been considered.

Louie Hollander organized the first Transit Florida Reunion in 1997. Over the years, and with the help of those listed under past reunion committees, there have been many successful reunions. Attempts to restart the reunion after covid were again side tracked by a hurricane... our cars were fully uprighted last year and on track again with two new motormen... All Aboard... Next Stop Reunion Station!

July 2024 Event will again be held at the Radisson Resort at the Port. The Venue is conveniently located near many attractions, it has also undergone major renovations that have earned the venue numerous 4.0 Reviews on Trip Advisory. Additionally, the grounds are impeccably kept and include a pool side Tiki Bar; all the Unit labeled "

The Venue is conveniently located near many attractions, it has also undergone major renovations that have earned the venue numerous 4.0 Reviews on Trip Advisory. Additionally, the grounds are impeccably kept and include a pool side Tiki Bar; all the Unit labeled "Suites" have step in Showers and many include large garden tubs. Additional renovations continue including complete room renovations and should be mostly complete by the time our event is scheduled to take place.

Hotel airport transfers depart every other hour from the hotel to the airport from 8am to 8pm and from MCO to the hotel every other hour from 9am to 9pm. It is $28 one way or $50 round trip per person.
