Reservation Details/directions

To make Room Registration please follow these simple instructions: 

Important! You MUST Make Your Reservations through Our Portal or through the hotel Under Transit Police Reunion Group  (Do Not Use third Party!)

The Portal via Choice Hotels has been established:

First Click the Link "Make Room Reservations" (Below) it will take you to the Raddison's Partner "Choice hotels" website

Next be sure the dates you desire to stay are correct, (Default are July 28 to July 31st) our primary event days are Monday August -- & Tuesday July 29th & 30th --- with many people arriving on the 28th and staying through the 31st

Scroll down and select the room type you desire, Remembering that  All Suites have "Step in" Showers  (See 3 Inch Lip Step in Photo Below) if you require "roll-in Shower" I suggest you call the hotel Direct at 321-406-5615 Let the call taker know you are part of the Transit Police Reunion Group

Finally, don't be concerned if there are any additional charges for parking mentioned.  Members of our group will not be charged for parking. 

Cancellations:  Hotel is very accommodating, cancellations are accepted up-to and including the day of checking in.  See Meal Cancelation/Refund Policy on Meal Request Form.   

I would suggest you accept any cookies as it will make the website work faster, additionally reward Programs which will start earning you perks from day one, including bottled water at check-in (there is no cost to join)

Remember to write down your confirmation number, you will need this for your meal request... and it will help us match your meal with your  registration which is your next step. (Seperate Shortcut Button also Below)

There is a $30 per stay pet fee. However, the parking fee mentioned  has been waived for our group.

For your convenience we are providing these estimated total room rates and they include all fees/taxes per night (Exactly the same as last years event)

Note: The Hotel continues to renovate... with nearly all rooms expected to be updated for our 2024 Reunion. 

Room Prices:

Standard Rooms are $154 plus Taxes = approx. $172.48 per night

Deluxe Suite Rooms are $184 plus Taxes = approx. $206.08 per night

Your Card will Not be charged till check in, so now would probably be a good time to order your meal(s) and send Joe Wolff a check or Zelle Payment
